I do not understand how it's possible for the app to have gone through this many revisions and to have never added an option for no ice in the drinks. The only thing that's saving this from a 1-star review is the hot honey ranch. If it doesn't come back after its limited run, the world may as well be over. That stuff rocks.

The new version of the app is terrible! I would downgrade to the old app in a heartbeat if I could. Before, the focus was on what I cared about - accruing and spending rewards points. And it was great at that. Now the app starts on an overly fancy screen that wants to steer you to placing an order. But the worst is that you can no longer do partial redemption of points through the app. Not to mention the old app had a feedback option not tied to a specific order which is no longer available.

the food is great and the in-store dining is an exceptional experience. but the Slim's app gets screwy when you try to sign up for the rewards program via mobile. where it gets stuck is picking your favorite store location ... the information to fill in gets moved to a full vertical position and you cannot type anything nor scroll to find a store so essentially you can never finish the sign up
